No, you may submit a proposal only if we request one. If we do request a proposal, we will let you know when it is due. If you believe your organization fits within the LARRK Foundation’s areas of interest (see list of grantees to get a better idea of grants made), please submit a letter of inquiry (no more than 250 words).
Does my organization need to be a 501(c)(3)?
Yes, applicants must be recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization or operate under the umbrella of another 501(c)(3) organization.
Do you fund general operating grants?

Do you fund capital grants?

Do you fund multi-year grants?
On occasion, yes, but only after we have made successive grants to an organization that we believe merits long-term consideration.
What is your geographic focus?
While we have been focused primarily on the Denver metropolitan area, we occasionally fund organizations in rural Colorado as well as outside the state if they align well with our mission. To view a list of our grantees, click here.
What is the average grant amount?
In our first year of operation, we made larger grants to fewer organizations. Our average first-time grant now is in the $5,000 to $7,500 range.
